Project Summary: Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) manages the Norwegian Government Pension Fund Global, with investments in over 9,000 companies worldwide. A key objective is transparency, achieved through media, websites, and publications. The project aimed to redesign the reporting system and navigation structure to improve usability, streamline collaboration, and enhance creativity using modern design principles.My Role: As the design lead, I was responsible for guiding the project from concept to implementation, including research, design, and testing. I conducted interviews and data analysis to understand the diverse user needs and ensure the system met the goal of global transparency.Key Contributions:- Developed a new design system for NBIM’s website.
- Redesigned the report pages for better accessibility.
- Conducted site analysis using tools like Piwik Pro, Hotjar, and Octopus.do to improve navigation based on data-driven insights.
- This holistic approach helped NBIM provide a clearer, more user-friendly experience for a wide-ranging, global audience.
